I am writing to let you know of some changes to the AudioTX STL-IP product range that will affect you as a user of these products. We’ve offered the range since 2004 and, after 22 years, we’re announcing today–
- A ‘last orders’ deadline of 28th February 2026. We will guarantee in as far as possible that orders placed by this date WILL be fulfilled. This is to allow for any expansion capacity that you know of or anticipate in existing projects, for additional deployments, or if you have requirements for in-service spares (and I would strongly suggest that customers consider this, though see also the reassurance in point 3 below).
- After this date, we will still try, on a best-endeavours basis, to fulfil orders. We won’t simply refuse these. However there are several key parts that are now end of life and so we don’t expect to be able to continue this on an open-ended timeline. Much of it will depend on how many orders we receive in the first phase above. In the case of orders that we can fulfil in this second phase, we may do so on longer lead times.
- There is no change to our support or service offering. We intend to be able to offer service and support, and on a warranty and non-warranty basis, on STL-IP products for the foreseeable future.
- This notice applies to all STL-IP products - AudioTX STL-IP, STL-IP Plus+, STL-IP-8 and STL-IP-16.
Finally, I just want to take a moment to thank you all for being such loyal and enthusiastic customers and of course I’m happy to answer any questions, concerns or help in any way that I can.
